Hey gang - A partner and I just started a local RE investor meetup.Q: For anyone that attends these regularly or runs one....what are some of your best practices/tips/tricks to keep your audience engaged and growing?

Anyone out there meeting regularly in the southern to mid part of Minnesota?

I will update my reports to federal law enforcement about these activities once I have completed debunking all of his new claims.

We’re considering whether to do mid-grade updates and rent it soon if we can find a good next property though acquisition and ongoing costs are a problem.

Update.  

However, Montgomery County as of yet has not updated their forms or website, included the landlord/tenant handbook and they are still not enforcing.

Problem working with regular buyers is you take them all over the place and can only take one out a weekend at a time unless using a bus tour,etc.I focus on commercial and not residential but I know it pretty well.

Update to my previous post (the update button didn't seem to do anything for me).Their customer support team was able to help me get my account back, even though the email made it seem otherwise.

The building is 100 years old, but solid with regular maintenance and updates.

They have regular meet ups.
