I know you're house hacking and so you'll be right there, but nothing prevents you from having a PM do the day-to-day.

By creating a process, you can prevent these issues from taking place and save yourself a lot of time, trouble, and money.

If you have a PM that is stealing from you, they probably have all sorts of ways to prevent you from knowing that.I would be surprised if any licensed property manager is misrepresenting the rental amount on the statement.

You can prevent this by requiring them to add you as "additional interest" on their policy.
