When a deal pans out as projected, everyone (almost everyone) is happy.  

If any of these do not pan out, the turnkey company feels the weight of assuming that risk. 

Start with durable, high-quality basics: plush towels, soft linens, and a fully stocked kitchen with sharp knives, pans, and essentials like oil and spices.

More glasses, plates, bowels etc.You need bigger pans as well.

But then their is the real world aspect and they just don't pan out.

Looking for a turn around scanrio is an ego pleaser, makes for a great story if it works, but high risk it will never pan out the way you thought.
