Think of all the thriving businesses built on MySpace.

While he was looking at our shell he was already talking about putting the animal portion of the business on the opposite side of the property, so furthest from my space, and double insulating the walls, extra ventilation etc....he seems like the noise/smell is something he wants to try and eliminate as his first space didnt do that as well. 

The only time I would is if it was negative while I lived there but would become positive after moving out and renting out my space.

He's interested in renting my space.

Will it hurt my chances of renting my space?

I expect my net proceeds to be between 800k and 1+million depending on sale price of my space in LA.

This way you know I am motivated to get someone in the property- we share the upside when it is rented- I get my space rent and you get your rent... and we share the downside when you have picked a poor tenant and I have approved a poor tenant.
