Most mastermind courses don't cover this, and even the "capital raising" specific ones don't do much of real value here.

This is especially important if you're on the younger side, as those returns can compound significantly over the next few decades.I'm in a small real estate mastermind group, and we all did this exercise with our own portfolios and identified underperforming properties and equity to reposition, and presented it the group for feedback.

You would be way better off joining a mastermind or a coaching program than joining them.

A Mastermind Group by my definition is a small, regular meeting of peers and is free!

maybe you can form your own mastermind / small group of local people in your same situation and work on strategies together.I think @Marcus Auerbach totally nailed it. 

I see him being the mastermind and using CM.
