I love this place!

I used to live in the lower mainland but invested where the numbers work like Vancouver Island or Northern BC.

to give you some idea of my experience.Any ideas on this one I would love to hear. 

What works best really depends on your goals and risk tolerance, but here’s a quick rundown of what I’ve seen happening in the area:STRs: These are still solid in vacation-heavy areas like Naples, Fort Myers, and the barrier islands.

And if you guys know any hot market places that will appreciate greatly, I would love to know!  

@Mark Sullivan I'm based out of Rhode Island so not sure if my providers lend where you are located.Biggest thing here, I would look for a portfolio lender.

Now the island has limited owners to one guest per month.

As an American, we love our amenities.

I live in New York and majority of the inventory on Long Island is too expensive for even renting.
