If I use my line of credit I can knock out 2 monthly debts I have.

Knock out the stuff that has to be completed by contractors.

Also getting contractors in place to knock out the rehab. 

My goal is 500 calls per week which should get me a few listing consultations a month, but I'm still working on carving out the time to knock out that many and am at about 200 per week. 

As a side note - THIS is what gets me pumped about going to work every day and what I hoped for from writing Set for Life - I love that folks like you can develop strategies to aggressively knock out financial worries and then pursue their creative passions in life distraction free.

or a professional installer should easily be able to knock out 3 bedrooms with vinyl so the response is the same, and I should still go with vinyl? 

I want to be able to knock out as many repairs at once as I can, and trying to schedule repairs around my contractor's time, and 8 tenants sounds like it would be a bit tricky.
