🚀A little about me—I come from the tech industry but have always had a passion for real estate.

I enjoy connecting with Realtors, investors, industry professionals to explore opportunities and share insights. 

It had a mobile home park component, self storage, commercial and industrial tenants but it was interesting figuring out how all the numbers worked together.

I feel my skill set, with an extensive background in project management, estimating, and renovations, makes me well suited for REI and  I am eager to start taking steps to transition my career to this industry.

Have we gotten to a point in this industry where a property is more attractive by short changing the true fundamentals and classifying the property an affordable housing opportunity?

The founders branched off from the wholesaler they worked for at the time because they believed in the industry, but not in the way their previous employer did certain things.
