Spray it with the garden hose it runs away and hides.

My units don't come with refrigerators but for $25 a month more I will supply a basic unit.  19 cubic foot, no icemaker, no water in door, etc.

I came across a 2-flat with a basement that has been converted into garden unit with 3 bedrooms and kitchen and bath.

We listed the top 2 (3x1) units for $1800 a piece and the garden unit (2x1) for $1600.

It'll add about 80k to the cost but is a much cheaper option that tying up square footage for an indoor pool and dealing with the risk of moisture and mold issues.
