I've already messaged the county planning division, but wanted to get an idea of what I'm getting into.

It's worth reaching out to Corporate Housing Groups (most HR Departments at large employers have this division as well as Relocation Companies that you can find via an internet search) to offer your property as a 30-day furnished rental.

As such, they handed the lot over to the residential division instead of the commercial division, who then ran their own formulas. 

If you call the city rental inspections division 586.574.4633 they should be able to direct/send you the packet they send out for rentals.

Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division.

They would bring the downpayment and equity division depends on the deal but being new I would give about 60% away just to get in and out of a deal

Division enforces the law, they aren't the P.C. police.

IRS criminal division is a place to go if you just want to see this person go to prison. takes years and normally these folks dont pay tax's etc..
