I had them sign paperwork surrendering the keys, their tenancy, and stating all property left behind is of no value to them and can be discarded at their expense.We had a spoken agreement that the jet ski was important to him and he will come collect it.

When you get a jerk, you have to discard them quickly but it can be hard to tell between which feel they didn't get service and which don't have the money because the latter will complain frequently complain on rent day to delay things.

So, if it is "OK" for the government to ABANDON "ethical" principles of finance, and it is "OK" for Business (Corporations, etc, both small and large) to ABANDON ethical" principles of finance, then how can you possibly expect the individual "consumer" to play by rules which ALL FORMS OF BUSINESS are discarding in droves, in favor of the loopholes provided by government?

i mean if one lender's rate was better than the other, the one with the better rate had junk fees the lender was not willing to discard.

The Pest inspection noted minor issues requiring action which the (now emboldened) Seller appears to be discarding, while hinting at discarding the agreement altogether.I initially thought that there was no benefit to the Seller (and that may still be the case).
