AHP Servicing, LLC and Jorge Newbery, Case No. 23-2-25722-7 SEA (King County),King County Superior Court Judge issued a preliminary injunction against Jorge Newbery and defendant AHP Servicing, LLC requiring them to deposit into the Court’s registry funds realized from a debt portfolio.

The residences and addresses in the State of Washington also confirm that Ron Fossum is the current CFO of Norada Capital Management and the former defendant in the settled 2018 SEC legal action.Fossum’s criminal activity appears to extend beyond his past fraud with the three above-mentioned funds and his concealed position as CFO at Norada Capital Management.

I happen to know the Gran Tulum project pretty well but I don't think it's fair for me to share my opinion in a public forum when the developer isn't there to "defend" it if needed.

This increases the perceived risk and perhaps the legal fees to put in place and then defend if necessary.

I haven't done this myself, so I have no stake in it or any motivation to defend someone's business strategy.

As others pointed out, this may be a situation where you want to record the inspection to document her odd behavior in case you have to defend yourself in court.

This could have cost you your interest at a minimum and perhaps a fortune to defend.
