All told, cash flow will be a function of your down payment and your management of the property.FL tourism continues to flourish. 

The ones that build out great companies build the skills, then they teach the skills to people to set calls for them, go to appointments for them and they continue to build out their company as a marketing/sales operation that is more fluid to create more revenue. 

The question now is: Will more states follow Colorado’s lead, or will outdated zoning laws continue to stand in the way?

We will continue to buy in this market.

There's no guarantee that there will be more inventory in the spring, and you should just continue to look, and when the right opportunity comes up, just grab it regardless of the timeline.
