Lots of really great accountants here work with larger investors because they are so good and charge really high fees (which they deserve).

EV charger?

Here in Reno, NV Tesla has a factory building battery packs and the new semi-trucks and some tenants value the technology of battery packs, EV chargers, smart home features, etc., and would pay a premium to have such amenities.

I had a garage building on the lot, and I wanted to build a commercial kitchen inside - that way I could charge rent for "commissary" access.

I look forward to networking with everyone especially in the South Florida area (for now) particularly those that are hard chargers and preferably know of or have a good meetup or mastermind group that I could join.

The few I've found who offer this charge rates SFR investors can't afford because they are built for MFR institutional investors.
