The only thing kept was the kitchen cabinets and appliances.What was the outcome?

Also, I had cabinets full of glasses cups silverware and knives..Not anymore. 

Smaller items like fixtures, countertops, cabinets I don't worry about as much.

+ ample pantry/shelf/cabinet space for dry goods.

This includes flooring, painting, bathroom upgrades new light fixtures, usually there’s about $800 in electrical costs factored in here and all new cabinet hardware.

Two of the kitchen cabinets were also cut in half.

There were hardly any cabinets and a door had been busted open where someone broke into the house due to it sitting vacant for so long.They apologized for the lack of communication and assured it would be better but I have had no calls or emails returned again.  

By poor cleaning, I mean not just small things (like flour handprints on the cabinets which are quite visible, sticky residue inside the fridge that granted, was clear so something like white grape juice?)

It's nothing like fancy pants hanging around kitchen stores picking out just the right cabinet door and handle pulls.
