@Khalid Ellis I bought a 3 fam in New Britain last year using a 203K loan.

From older posts I heard that New Britain and potentially Manchester could be good for cash flow and would like to get some input about that from anyone with more experience in the area.

I've been looking in the New Britain area as well, I would certainly be open to discussing the property (and others)! 

My business partner and I bought a 3 family in New Britain for $350k with 25% down and it ran each of us a little over 50k when split 50/50.

@Katherine Sommer While I think on the national level (CA, NY, NJ, WA, OR, CT, NoVa) there are going to be some speed bumps in the road kicked off by a few global crises' (Great Britain's fuel shortage, China/Evergrande, inflation, end of forbearance).

So New Britain, Meriden, Plaineville etc.

My wife and I just wrapped up living our one year obligation in our New Britain, CT house hack and decided to keep the momentum and do another.

Willimantic, Norwich, Middletown, Bridgeport, Meriden, New Britain, New Haven...come to mind.

I own or have owned in Berlin, Bristol, New Britain, Manchester, and soon to be Collinsville.
