Just wanted to pass on that Navy Federal has a Homebuyers Choice option, 0% downpayment, really 0%, no PMI, but higher interest rate and 1.75% funding fee (and sellers can contribute up to 6%!)

The Brazilian developer won't give me the title as months and months go by with nothing but excuses.

The shipyard has several lucrative Navy contracts — so rent numbers are good right now. 

I don't think anyone here would have advice for Brazilian real estate, but maybe I'm wrong.
