All the best ones I know are full and not taking new clients.I would encourage you to hit this one hard because they get very busy in a month and they have little to no time for anything other than servicing clients after the Holidays, until May.Real estate lawyer - I use and recommend @Brad Schaeppi.

The assets are venerable if you do something out side of real estate or land lording.  

They are responsible for AML/KYC check to make sure its not money from some mexican drug lord etc. but if you put in more than the 10% net worth outside your primary thats on you.

I find land lording experience to be more work and stress than I would prefer with small kids, but that it is still a nice defensive portfolio position.

Hiring a PM removes me of land lord duties.Cons: this property is no longer a cash flowing entity. 90+% of money goes to the DSCR and expenses. 

Good lord.....does anyone else find this amusing.
