If my wife and I both come over and there are 3 of us hammering it, we can be done and at the pizzeria by 8-8:30 on Monday night and the place can be shown the next day. 

They need to be passive investments.As an example, if you opened a pizzeria and were the active manager of it, you could not invest your self directed funds in that asset.

If I still owned my pizzeria, which I haven’t in almost a decade, I wouldn’t hire the same people at $15/hr that i was hiring at $10/hr simply because at the higher wage I would expect more from my employees.

Hi @Shain Ismailovski,I am not an expert, but I have multiple Pizzerias located in Central NJ.

Its like the local pizzeria everyone loved that suddenly started selling Mexican food as well.
