It's not so much knowing what you want, but shedding that which you don't.Easy peasy :)

As part of the budget for the bedroom addition, I included the cost to buy outside storage sheds in the backyard for each unit to replace the storage sheds removed by the bedroom.

Anyone shed some light on this?

We also converted an attached shed into a laundry room/pantry that was accessible from inside the home.It was originally listed as a 2/1 but had a den with no closet, so they could not list it as a 3 bedroom.

There are "miscellaneous" that exist here as well like the shed I have on my property is also taxed.Regarding TRIM, these are the proposed values of the assessment prior to the county locking down and officially determining what the assessed values are for all the homes.

I'm hoping the main line is just clogged up which is pushing it back to the old abandoned line going to where the toilet was in the shed.  

But the best is having a locked shed on the property where you can store supplies and an extra tool box.
