I'm always looking for investors and fellow wholesalers in the Los Angeles County/Orange County/Inland Empire to collaborate and network with and look forward to many enriching conversations and experiences with all of you!

I have some colleagues interested in syndicating, and all of us are collaborative individuals would would like to leverage our respective strengths to work together on deals. 

I'd greatly appreciate any feedback on what is a better value, better one for a beginner, what to prioritize - monthly cashflow vs Cash on Cash ROI and anything else those with experience have to offer.

The non-local CPAs make great use of today's technology to collaborate effectively.

I might expect a co-author to clam up about something about someone they collaborated with.
