Know the timeline from when the initial NOD was filed therefore you can have a good handle on the urgency and relay that appropriately and very very important...........DelicatelyBe ready for some to not be talkative but more so insistent that you may have in some way offended them by simply mailing a letter or calling. ( shocker i know but its the reality of it ) weed through those you cannot help and focus on the ones with potential. and you should be fine in the long run. if you have never had any conversations with people about selling their home freshen up you will hear all kinds of things and some that will want you to come buy it cash on a friday when their home is up for auction on monday though they have had your marketing since the beginning.
