Those who aid and abet discrimination keep the cycle going, and it can be easy to overlook their part because they are often "nice" people who avoid confrontation.I wonder if you have the right person at the bargaining table on your behalf.

Linda, yes, the amount of money made relative to other income, the time devoted to the activity, the frequency of dealings and any entity exclusively dealing in notes can all determine if you are investing or if it is a business enterprise.

Back then in '99, they called it a "band-aid" loan, but we still came in at close with money, and had a few thousand for repairs/upgrades, etc...sigh, the good ole' days.

Finding out how to motivate yourself and what makes you tick, will aid a tremendous amount down the road when you are ready to start investing.

Loan mods are the worst false hope band aid I've encountered in the business.I appreciate the 'hotline/brochure' approach to give them all of their options, but are you a foreclosure counselor working for free, or are you a real estate investor there with a specific solution to their problem?

Or as someone else asked: In future, how is money exchanged on the Starship Enterprise?...

and a bunch of threatening letters from free legal aid which I just ignore..
