Finding a broker for new real estate agent in Dallas
Hi All. I'm really close to getting my license to aid with investing (getting MLS access to view comps, looking at houses on my own schedule, etc.) and need to find a broker to hang my license under. I have a full time job and don't plan to pursue being an agent full time. Any suggestions for finding a broker who is smaller scale and doesn't charge all the office fees/minimum sales requirements, etc? For all you investors out there who also have your license and are not full time agents, how did you find your broker?
Thanks for any help!
