If you simply ignore the fees you have to pay, then you will continue to owe the fees until they are paid, you will be charged a $125 late fee and interest will accrue at 1.5% per month thereon.

Even though she saw how hyped I was, she's the type that is content just renting, working full time, putting money in a savings account rather than paying off interest accruing debt etc; now pair that with the bad taste in her mouth from our prior real estate venture and you've got a wall of "No's!"

Because it is a revolving line, I am free to put everything I make/already have into the HELOC to reduce accruing interest and can then take it out later if I want to use it.An easy way to look at it would be if you have $100K in savings and a $100K mortgage.

Took out a 25k graduate loan that has a 6.9% interest rate that is accruing from the moment taken out, even while in school and now I am scared.Law school is okay, I am top 30% in my class which is okay, but the debt concerns me.
