REI - not sure where you do business but trustee's are not inclined to sell copies of their files - at least in CA, and even if they were they are far too busy these days to accommodate such a request.Flipper - as to your questions / statement of understanding ....Generally subordinate liens are wiped off title by a superior lien's trustee's sale.
