One woman talked with me for about ten minutes once and out of the blue she said ''are you my new land lord'' we both laughed and I replied "shhh not yet; but maybe". 

A woman had inherited a house in the country that she wanted to move to with her kids and grandkids.

The woman went on about how you need to hustle, find deals, work hard, etc.

Some years ago we partnered with a hard working young woman recently divorced & we acquired some properties together.

A woman will be less likely to partner with you unless there is a ring involved.

I am a full-time pharmacist, married to an amazing woman, and we are expecting our first child in May 2021!

Where my house is in South Padre Island, they require a "manager" so I've already hired a local woman for a small fee who manages 6 other properties and she has the cleaning crew already.

Hi @Jimmy Lieu you may find that most of the big name property managers will have trouble focusing on you when they have 300 other units.I work with a local woman who now has just 10 properties she manages.
