Can someone recommend a way to check criminal only?  I can check locally online, but this applicant has lived in another state in the past.  My rentals are travel trailers, so the applicants I get are not the cream of...

From me, that's pretty good, you know my issue is that people don't get the basics, some never do, their thinking begins to fall into a mechanical process rather than really understanding matters that could make their business much easier.I don't endorse anyone on BP, no offense, as close as I've gotten is with some compliance and note types.
