For everyone that has mastered the art of finding lenders, interviewing them, and picking them out.

My managers recently told me being a broker is both an art and a science, and being a master of the art form matters more slightly. 

I'm now 30 yrs old and after spending the majority of my 20's heavily involved in the arts, I needed to shift gears toward something much more concrete, stable, and profitable.

Is this an art or a science?

That is great in getting their feet wet in the world of real estate from a rehab/construction perspective, but it sounds like the program will focus on this aspect and not provide real world experience in some other critical areas.Since the properties the program will be working on are already acquired, there is a critical gap in the real estate investment mindset that the program does not immerse students in, and that is the art of sourcing, negotiating and closing a property at a good value.
