The shower ring for the tub can't be standard height because it hits the ceiling...I've had to order custom risers for it so it doesn't hit.

I have lived long enough to know the next recession or housing bust is somewhere out there in the future and fools that ring up a lot of debt will allow me to get some great deals.

Of course, this does not prevent my phone from ringing at 2am, but I don't like the idea of paying a property manager 10% off the top.
