a home pops up at right price if GOOD condition ( 220K) JUST LISTEDThere are basically no comps for them b/c most home are 3 bed (let's say)or tiny 4 bedrooms (3 plus nursery)to get 4 bedroom you have buy the BIG homes, or NEW homes, right now. (300-600K)How would you proceed to make an offer?

During the inspection it was discovered that there is a tiny bit of asbestos in that wall (not sure if “tiny” makes a difference when talking about asbestos), so it sounds like that work will need to get permitted as well and in order to do that I imagine they will require me to have it professionally removed?

I would consider $3k a bare bones, I-better-have-a-lot-of-reserves income, and I don't have any car payments, credit card debt, student loans, a tiny mortgage on my primary, live in a low-tax area, no kids in the house.
