@Juan Figueroa - check where you formed your LLC if you are required to pay annual tax or fees, many people miss this and it ruins the entire reason of forming one since if you don't pay, you don't get the legal protection!

Don’t let this ruin something good, it takes time to build something valuable.

There is no workaround for selling securities without following securities laws and there are plenty of people in jail, or with ruined reputations after being prosecuted, who have tried.

Personally, I would try hard to get the bookings, not just because it's in your interest, but many times people have booked non-refundable flights and it would be a shame to have their vacation ruined by the sale of the property, especially if it's a popular time of the year and they can't get another place.
