You'd have to do a little hunting, you may face a little bit of rejection, and it may not be the case that you get paid initially but the education would be tremendous and you might be able to show enough worth to where you eventually do get paid and all the while you'll be learning from experience in the real world.Just a thought, I'm not sure it would work.

Certain people can’t take any type of rejection I had some interesting applicants call me back after I notified them that property was no longer available especially if they know you’re the landlord which I made the mistake of doing.

Hi,everyone I'm a newbie to real estate investing, currently located at Victoria Texas, and I'm trying to get my first owner-occupied house here, and after one year turn it into a rental property, after running numbers on couple of the properties i am interested in, I found out the listing price of the property is much higher for them be become positive cashflow and good CocroI, and they all rejected my low price offer, I was wondering is it ok to buy a negative cashflow property and low Cocroi, Just to get into the game,and depends on the appreciation of the house and building equity, Or Just Wait and see if there any property that works with the rental property calcu
