That being said, most fingers point to wholesaling for a starting spot for investors with low funds,  but other investors says wholesaling is a horrible start for newer investors. so I was wondering if using a fha loan for my first investment is a good idea.

There is a lot of knowledge and content at your finger tips... 

All these websites are pulling from the MLS and county websites for their info and they're imperfect, but the layouts are more user-friendly and there's more info at the tip of your finger tips than just the MLS.

Don't drive - - let your fingers do the walking/driving. 

Now all I have to do is cross my fingers that it will appraise!

I've let a couple good deals slip through my fingers just looking at them too hard.

And you're in MA, so you can't just snap your fingers and easily evict.
