We are set to close soon on a sfh in Kissimmee and it’s time to find cleaners and handyman.

I wouldn't do STR without it.That said, AirBnB is improving their game and now offers so much more in terms of automation/cleaner integration. 

@Gina ShumwayYou want to be careful when you call an investor/partner a "passive investor;" that gets into the grey area of creating a security.Instead of setting up new partnerships; it might be easier and cleaner (especially during tax time) to bring these JV partners in as private lenders.

Some PM's will nickel and dime you, but finding a consistently available cleaner, handyman etc could make this a full time job for you and you'll wish someone else was doing that piece for you.

Does anyone have a cleaner or handyman in the area that you recommend? 

After applying the mold cleaners, the gasket on the shower doors is still showing discoloration and the tenant is concerned that it is Mold around that gasket.

I have seen so many out of state investors get took to the cleaners on these deals.  

Personally we just call our cleaner or my neighbor if there is a problem, but that happens so rarely I can't remember the last time I needed to.

If you hire a cleaner and they think your cut should include you cleaning it, things could go bad quickly. 

From what I was told as well, you have a cleaner platform, preferential search rankings, more personalized service and professional photography.
