@manolodyes you are right our architect got in there and found that there is a sewer line we can connect to, how its a question of what would be best for resell and what price.  

I hired an architect to check things out and he pointed this out to me.

The manager of the fund is of Australian origin and MBA qualified and the architect for development progects is from USA.

Wife is architect specializing in adu construction in the east bay.

The architect is responsible for designing the building specifying certain materials that meet their criteria (i.e. lined ducts, adhesives glues and pain with low voc contents, etc.).

My original idea was to build homes out of these but I am still doing more research (I have alot of info) and Im in illinois and I cant find an architect who will touch that Idea or at least be reasonably priced for it.
