New Construction Cost for 2 Story Apartments Pittsburgh Area

I have purchased 10 acres in the Pittsburgh / West Mifflin area and am in the process of pre design for developing 2 story garden style apartments (4 buildings 52 units total) and would like to know if anyone knows the cost of construction in the area for apartment buildings.  Just need a rough cost to finalize my Proforma.  Thanks in advance!

Too many variables. If you're in the process of design an local architect should be able to give a better estimate than a online fourm.
