HUD considers that a conflict of interest and a potential identity of interest conflict and violates HUD rules.

Like I said all of these condos are basically identical but I know that very few have hard flooring in the bedrooms because 98% have carpet.

One of my clients recently was in the same situation as yourself and we ended up finding him a 3-family in a better area than he was originally looking in and the rents were nearly identical to that of a 4-family. 

This is the DE wording in 4603(b)(3), the Delaware Fair Housing Act: (3) To make, print or publish, or cause to be made, printed or published any notice, statement or advertisement, with respect to the sale or rental of a dwelling that indicates any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, marital status, familial status, source of income, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability, or an intention to make any such preference, limitation or discrimination.

The stuff is amazing and priced identical to laminate.
