. :)   I always find it interesting that the threads with the most disinformation about real estate and investing are those about guru trainers...and most of the bad information is coming from the students who are supporting these trainers.Kinda ironic if the fact that the vast majority of people who pay for these training don't succeed is directly related to the fact that they're getting bad information...who'da thunk?!

The rush in development along Lyons Ave is for the purpose of erasing its extremely bloody history.2nd Ward is the most family friendly of the three.... because it is "policed" by your friendly neighborhood Banditos chapter whose families live there and (ironically?)

Even though carpets are professionally steam cleaned between tenants it is not unusual for someone who does not have a pet to walk in and comment about a pet odor (and this does not have to be from animal "accidents"; but simply from a pet living in the area.)Ironically I do animal rescue myself (cats and dogs) so no carpet in my house! 

Ironically,  many of the seemingly negative comments about roofstock don't put me off.
