First thing i will do if I purchase is hire people to 1) Clean it out - let them know that the previous tenant was a drug user and 2) Security Bars into the brick.

Another issue though, is over the years, the sump pump outlet was not being drained away from the house, and now the foundation is bowing.  

The outlets in the bathrooms are gfci.
