It’s old thick plasterboard which I’ve been told it’s worth it’s weight in gold. 

We are dead weight and I would argue at some point we will be screwed and it will be our own doing.

I have a leatherman micro on my keyring and keep a leatherman skeletool in my purse or the glovebox, but my very most favorite tool in the entire world is my super light weight Gerber EAB utility knife.

I do allow pets but I put a weight limit of 30 lbs which eliminates the "aggressive" breeds. 

BUT, the good ones are worth their weight in gold, and often are able to make much more investing for themselves and/or putting together syndication deals.Sorry, to any of the good brokers in this thread...just wanted to vent.

Progressively build it up to $25pm.It would be an hour long session each day with one rest day and one stretch/yoga day a week.To scale it, I could offer the basic course which is primarily body weight workouts and cardio.

I put less weight into the tax advantages, as no one can guaranty today what the tax structure will be 20 or 30 years from now. 

BTW my roof was not penetrated by the installation, but they did get up in the attic and add extra reinforcement to the rafters/bracing to bring it up to modern code for the added weight (house is 1958 vintage).
