Fitness camp to fund real estate investing.

So I've been thinking of alternative ways I can fund deals. However, I try to never think of an idea that is immoral, unethical or illegal. I also try to think of things that can provide at least two benefits to myself, the people around me or the community as a whole. I wanted to do a fitness camp sort of thing ever since I told my friend who was really broke to do it and he wanted a job instead. So I'm going to do it myself and see where it goes. The way I would start out is by spending a year getting in as good of shape as possible and then getting with people I work with(5 people) and inviting them to come and workout with me for free. Get feedback on if it's worth it or not and then tweak the program to add value and be worth just as much as crossfit or something BUT only charge like $10 a month for it. Progressively build it up to $25pm. It would be an hour long session each day with one rest day and one stretch/yoga day a week. To scale it, I could offer the basic course which is primarily body weight workouts and cardio. Then, if people wanted to move up they would pay $50 a month for a more intense workout and so on. I'll obviously get certified as a personal trainer and then charge for one on one training where I would give a free consultation and then it would be $100-$500 per session based on what they need and their goals. After everything I would probably start making diet books and selling merchandise. I would want to be as transparent as possible and show the members exactly where their money is going. As I start it would almost be a non profit business because the money would be put to buying more equipment, space, etc. I could even use their money to buy them shirts for more marketing. First year if it worked well and we got 5 new people a month- $1400 a month roughly on the basic course. This is after about 60 members. So let's hear how good or terrible this idea is!! I would love to hear your ideas and please give constructive feedback. If you say it's good or bad please give a solid reason behind your opinion.
