At least if you demo and propose new construction with multiple tiny units, you are supposedly proving to the zoning and permitting boards that it won't "ruin" the neighborhood character.  

Demo was more tedious than a scrape since we are saving the pier and beam foundation.

These are after some demo, but the floors were mostly still in.  

my day job is buying extreme hoarder houses here in Oregon and demo ing them for new builds.. its simply incredible that filth some people live in.. most landlords that are beginners and were raised in what I would call a normal house in a normal state of cleanliness just cant imagine for 2 seconds the closest they come is watching the extreme hoarder TV show..  

This was after he flooded the building by blocking the 4" cast iron center roof drain during demo and denied all responsibility.

Even IF the adhesive works, the cost of it is more than the demo of the wood paneling.

Average house cost me less than a couple grand including demo and installation.

I have the keys and have begun to organize the trades and let the GC know we are set to start demo next week.

Things like iron fence repair, garage demo, building a fence, replacing an exterior door, paint, flooring, etc.
