It's essentially a parent-child relationship: you form the parent Series LLC, and from that you can privately file an unlimited number of child series under that SLLC (generally investors will just create a child series for each property, since it is so easy to do.)

Hi all,I am currently house hacking my 5 bed 3 bath home with my wife and newborn on furnished finder.

It isn't super fancy and it wasn't expensive, but I do feel that it really made the room a LOT more functional for a small bedroom that its likely to be inhabited by a child/teen.

It does not eliminate federal tax liens, child support liens, and a few other less common liens.
