I have been browsing forums and all the information on this website. 

The phone app and online interface are both really simple and easy to use and it is completely free.

From what I've seen, this is the single best real estate resource on the internet, and I have already been spending hours a day browsing the forums and listening to webinars.

The interface is intuitive and provides an array of filtering options.Apartments.com: While commonly known for apartment rentals, the platform also has a section for buying and selling multifamily properties.RealtyMogul: This platform focuses on crowdfunding for real estate but also features properties for sale.

The interface is user friendly and it's free to use.

They put me on it because I had most experience processing and interfacing with the borrower.It can be a nightmare process.

The 'wholesalers' in the Wake county NC area (the few there are that I've interfaced with,) for the most part, are clueless.
