On Zillow and Hot Pads, my home came up for sale.

For small MHP's under 50 pads you should give free lot rent, and a small salary depending on the number of lots.  

You are setting on a perfect launch pad, light the burners and go for the stars!

Obviously this would require a considerable amount of trust that they would see the project through and also that they would not be padding payments to subs but aside from the trust factors (which could be mitigated to some extent by appropriate legal terms) does this seem like a reasonably fair arrangement?

I will never take on anything I can’t do or work out of my scope of practice and my rates are fair and I don’t pad my time!

ie Craigslist, hot pads?

Mobile home parks that are pad owned only do not require on site management although you can have one.

Even then, full gut could mean a basic job, or digging out the basement, adding a floor and or a rooftop deck, an addition in the rear, pouring a parking pad in the rear etc.

I also bought a $100 wet tile saw and some diamond abrasive pads to polish the edges.

Give yourself some padding and expect 50% so 15*200=$3k a month in rent revenue.
