He has been the guest on numerous R/E related shows on the radio and tv, he also hosts a R/E podcast, and he has countless R/E youtube videos.

I've recently been approached by a well known cable TV casting director looking for their next 2 hosts for a new Atlanta based flipping show produced by the creators of "Love It Or List It".

Talk with, learn from and work with those who are already doing it and doing it successfully.In my opinion, buying real estate with no down is purely a gimmick started by those “real estate gurus” on TV selling their packages for thousands of dollars to attract the masses to attend.

That may account for why you see a lot of the courses being sold on Ebay for considerabley less than the TV price.

All of that is factored into prior and current expenses.New metal roof, new water and pool heaters, new furniture and TV's, etc.
