It seems that a lot of investors are buying a lot of properties with refinancing, but I don't quite comprehend how they can just add more properties (given that they do have the downpayment) with a similar income.Once I have $700,000 property (3 plex, one of the floors we live and 2 units rented out at $2000x2 = $4000, and the mortgage of $3380) with the same household income, how can one add more properties given that I have the downpayment for the next property (not waiting next 5 years to pay down the equity)?

Please don't be alarmed about my age, I am very mature for it and unlike many other teenagers, I comprehend that the world does not revolve around me and that as soon as I get out of high school, I'm going to have to take a choice, college or work.

There are a whole bunch of reasons to believe that we are heading for a worsening recession (or the start of a recession - usage of the word "recession" to describe the current climate depends on your political affiliation here in 2022 - I welcome all viewpoints on this!)

And the buyer ( me ) violating the agreement even if I go talk to the owners or whoever is affiliated with the property and do my basic due diligence, which as sellers are not willing to give a basic answer about the property but encouraging the buyer to do the research, however, I can't talk to anyone otherwise I'm in violation and they can keep my 10% of the contract value ???!

So from time to time we come across affiliates who sell our properties through their marketing platform and we have also worked with lenders in the past that have semi-desirable financing terms for either foreign buyers or US buyers where the loan is based more about the home then the borrower.
