I have attended many of these meetings and have some have even pointed me in the right direction but the presentations have always been quite predictable and transparent.

I am a bit frustrated at the lack of transparency of the government in applying such massive regulation to the simple mom and pop operations.

You want a PM that gives excellent customer service through excellent communication and transparency in everything they do, especially maintenance billing.Do all 3 and you will win long term.

A lot of costs are not transparent and you need to go through the lengthy offering circulars to learn about other costs.

I respect Peter Harris as a teacher giving valuable information on YouTube, but the data on students/mentees is not very transparent. 

I am very transparent with my sellers and keep them in the loop during every point in the process.
