I am talking about the tenant working for a company whose revenue is slashed due to this virus and has to do temporary layoffs..

I will typically offer them a temporary membership to a local gym where they can shower to their heart's content.

If nothing else, the last couple months has really helped me realize how truly blessed I am that we are well positioned financially and don't have to live in constant fear and stress of how we will pay the bills or feed our family if there is a temporary disruption in our income. 

But please don't let this temporary situation affect your future.

I'm doing all I can do.My question is... at what point am I obligated (morally or legally) to get them a temporary place to stay. 

I screen carefully and I work with people when they have **temporary** problems all the time.

Maybe I’m tricking myself but I see temporary deflation that in my opinion will hit the 1800 and above rents much more then 700 places.  

Tenants are temporary and once they move on you are left with the ongoing maintenance of the property with something that is very unique and I didn't know was reasonably available.

It seems odd to be rejected based on a temporary injury.
